The fall series of YinYang Thursdays will run from September 16th to December 9th 2021. This fall it’s elemental! Both the movement portion of the class and the stretching will be around an element, activating and stretching the meridians associated with the TCM Element:) You can sign up for all classes or just attend a couple! 16th of September 2021 the Wood Element – new beginnings, starting, expanding
23rd of September 2021 the Wood Element – expansion, renewal, creativity
30th of September 2021 the Fire Element – action, implementation, transformation
21st of October 2021 Fire – action, implementation, transformation
28th of October 2021 Earth – grounding, moderation, transition
11th of November 2021 Earth – grounding, moderation, transition
18th of November 2021 Metal – absorb, collect, process, conduct, release
25th of November 2021 Metal – courage, preparation, stability
2nd of December 2021 the Water Element – conserving, sustaining, observing
9th of December 2021 the Water Element – contemplation, introspection, reflection
Here’s how it goes:
19:45-50 I open the Zoom room and we can have a little pre-class chat or if there are a couple takers we can have a short breathing session:):):)
20:00 EASY YOGA Join to move and play from the comfort of your own home!
20:30 We directly move into the YIN YOGA part of the class
21:15 Meditation/Relaxation
21:30 End of YinYang Thursdays
When you sign up for this series of 10 classes you will get the zoom link and a password, so you can join at any point, either for the whole evening, or just for the movement, or the yin portion of the class, or even just for the 15’ meditation. You can be late and you will not disturb anybody! You can be early and you’ll make me super happy:)
What you would need:
For the active (Yang) part – a yoga mat would be good, comfy clothes, a block or a thick book might come in handy!
For the Yin (long held postures) – it’s really good to have books/blocks, pillows, towels and blankets, even big hard sofa pillows! You can start the first few classes without and see how you will grow to need them and learn how to use them to support your specific skeletal structure in your yin practice!
For the Meditation/Relaxation part – just an open mind <3

The first series of YinYang Thursdays ran from April 22nd to June 24th 2021. YinYang Thursdays were the natural successor of YinTuesdays, here’s how it went:


19:50 Zoom room opens for a little pre-class chat
20:00 Start of active/movement class: Come move and play from the comfort of your own home! You think yoga is too rigorous? You are finding your practice getting too serious? Either way this class is for you :):):) We breathe, we strengthen, we laugh and stretch, we learn about our mobility and range of motion, all the while not taking ourselves seriously. Good for beginners, good for experienced practitioners. Good and fun. The purpose of this class is to get in touch with your love of movement from when you were a kid and infuse your days with joy and freedom to move.
20:30 We directly move into the slow portion of the class and settle into some yin postures
21:15 Meditation/Relaxation
21:30 End of YinYang Thursdays
