Get some thick books to serve as blocks, pillows and rolled up blankets or towels to use as props and just show up for an hour of moving and stretching and bonding with the baby inside your belly <3
Pregnancy yoga is not just modifying poses. A prenatal yoga class is about celebrating this big shift in your life through movement, dancing, asana and meditation. Each class includes poses that bring balance to the pelvis and the whole body as well as ideas for coping skills and comfort measures during birth.
